QR tracking
In OVIS, a battery, EV module or energy storage unit is not an anonymous inventory item. It can have its own QR code physically attached to the housing or label. The system knows where the asset has been, who received it, when it came back, how many times it was repaired or refurbished and what its current operational value is.
OVIS can automatically prepare a label for thermal printing at a warehouse, service or shipping station.
Instead of asking “where is this module?”, you check its history in the system.

Logistics
OVIS connects orders, returns and the driver route into one process. The operator plans the route, the system shows stops on the map, the driver completes the trip, and after return the company knows which stops were served, where a return was collected and where the customer needs another visit.
KSeF, documents and labels
OVIS connects accounting and logistics processes in one coherent system. It supports KSeF-compliant accounting documents and automatically generates transport documents and logistics labels based on the same data.
